By using Vyaaparmate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Vyaaparmate is a SaaS-based inventory, billing, and business management platform. We provide the software; you are responsible for the accuracy of data entered.
Vyaaparmate subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Plans are purchased for specific periods (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must repurchase when your period ends.
A free 14-day trial is available with limited features. No credit card is required. Trial data is preserved if you upgrade.
You agree not to misuse Vyaaparmate, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for illegal activities including GST evasion.
You own your business data. Vyaaparmate will not access, share, or sell your data except as required to operate the service or comply with law.
Vyaaparmate's liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the state where our registered office is located.
